Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between pkr007 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "you", "your") who registers for, accesses, or uses the pkr007 website located at pkr007.app and any associated services, applications, or platforms operated under the pkr007 brand.

By completing the pkr007 registration process, by clicking any "I Agree" checkbox during account creation, or by continuing to access and use the pkr007 platform after any posted notice of amendment, you acknowledge that you have read this Agreement in full, that you understand its contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by all terms, conditions, and policies incorporated herein by reference — including but not limited to the pkr007 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

This Agreement supersedes all prior oral or written representations, negotiations, or communications between you and pkr007 with respect to your use of the platform. No agent, employee, or representative of pkr007 has authority to bind pkr007 to any terms not contained in this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions shall apply:

• "pkr007" or "Platform" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform operated at pkr007.app, including all games, wagering products, payment services, and customer support functions offered therein.
• "Player" or "Account Holder" means any individual who has successfully completed the pkr007 registration process and holds an active account on the platform.
• "Account Balance" means the total of deposited funds, less any losses, plus any approved pending withdrawals and credited bonus funds, held in a Player's pkr007 wallet at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or other non-cash incentive credited to a Player's account by pkr007 in accordance with a specific promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total value of bets that a Player must place using Bonus Funds before those funds, or any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Game Provider" means any third-party software studio whose games are made available on the pkr007 platform under a supply agreement with pkr007.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures that pkr007 is required to conduct under its international gaming licence obligations.
• "PKR" refers to the Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the pkr007 platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which access to or use of online gaming services is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

To open an account with pkr007, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkr007 operates a strict 21+ policy and conducts age verification as part of its KYC process.
• You are registering as an individual and not on behalf of a third party, corporate entity, or any other legal person.
• You do not already hold an active or previously closed pkr007 account. Duplicate registrations are prohibited.
• You are not accessing pkr007 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are acting in your own capacity and not as a professional gambler employing strategies that exploit platform mechanics in bad faith.
• All personal information submitted during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and payment method details — is accurate, truthful, and belongs to you.

pkr007 reserves the right to request documentary verification of any of the above criteria at any point. Documents commonly required include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of residential address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal rights or account closure.

pkr007 will not open, and reserves the right to close, any account where it determines that the registration information provided is false, where the eligibility criteria above are not met, or where the account has been opened in contravention of this Agreement.

All financial transactions on pkr007 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pkr007 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, debit and credit cards, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your pkr007 account balance in real time or within the timeframe specified by your chosen payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as communicated on the pkr007 Deposits page. pkr007 does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible. pkr007 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where additional security checks are required. pkr007 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request.

• Withdrawals will only be approved to verified payment methods that belong to the registered account holder.
• pkr007 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems to require further review.
• Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• pkr007 does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name.

In the event of a chargeback or reversal initiated by a Player against a legitimate pkr007 transaction, pkr007 reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold the account balance pending investigation, and pursue recovery of the reversed amount through all lawful means available.

pkr007 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between a bonus-specific term and this Agreement, the bonus-specific term shall prevail in respect of that bonus only.

General bonus conditions applicable to all pkr007 promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed the KYC process and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise.
• Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering Requirements will be stated clearly in the relevant bonus offer terms.
• pkr007 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that such change does not affect bonuses that have already been credited and are being actively wagered.
• Any Player found to be abusing pkr007 promotions — including through coordinated play, matched betting, arbitrage, or any other strategy that pkr007 reasonably determines to constitute exploitation — will have their bonus balance voided and may have their account reviewed for continued eligibility.

All games available on the pkr007 platform — including live casino tables, video slots, virtual sports, and any other gaming products — are governed by the specific rules published by the respective Game Provider and displayed within the game interface. It is the Player's responsibility to read and understand the rules applicable to any game before placing a wager.

pkr007's live casino products are delivered by certified third-party Game Providers using real physical equipment broadcast from professional studios. pkr007 does not control the outcome of live dealer games beyond its contractual requirements with Game Providers that outcomes be fair and independently verifiable.

With respect to sports betting on pkr007, including cricket, PSL, international fixtures, and other sports markets:

• All bets are accepted subject to the applicable sports betting rules published on the pkr007 platform.
• pkr007 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including where odds were materially incorrect due to a technical fault.
• In-play bets are accepted in real time and are subject to delays. pkr007 does not guarantee the availability of in-play markets for any specific fixture.
• Results are determined based on official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. pkr007's determination of a match result for settlement purposes is final.
• pkr007 reserves the right to suspend, refuse, or limit any bet from any Player at its sole discretion, including where it suspects match-fixing, insider information, or coordinated wagering activity.

Winnings from casino games and sports bets will be credited to your pkr007 account balance upon settlement of the relevant game round or sporting event, in accordance with the applicable rules.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr007 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the pkr007 platform.
• Attempting to manipulate or exploit game mechanics, bonus structures, or payment systems in bad faith.
• Registering more than one account or allowing a third party to use your pkr007 account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information.
• Using pkr007 for the purpose of money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Initiating unjustified chargebacks against legitimate pkr007 transactions.
• Sharing or selling your pkr007 login credentials with any other person.
• Accessing pkr007 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy, or any other technical circumvention method.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players in multiplayer or live dealer games.
• Using information that is not publicly available — including information obtained through insider connections — to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting markets.

pkr007 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe gaming environment for all eligible Pakistani players. We believe that gaming should remain an enjoyable form of entertainment and we take our duty of care towards our player community seriously.

pkr007 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible to all registered players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your pkr007 account.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of the duration of your current gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from pkr007 for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off: Temporarily pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without entering full self-exclusion.

Players who have self-excluded from pkr007 must not attempt to open new accounts or circumvent the self-exclusion using alternative identities or payment methods. Any such attempt will be treated as a violation of this Agreement.

All content on the pkr007 platform — including but not limited to the pkr007 name, logo, domain name, website design, software, graphics, text, game interfaces, and any other material made available through pkr007.app — is the property of pkr007 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pkr007 platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pkr007 content without express written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract source code from any pkr007 software.
• Use the pkr007 name, logo, or any associated branding in any context without prior written authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on pkr007 platform content or game assets.

Game content made available on pkr007 through third-party Game Providers remains the intellectual property of those providers. pkr007 does not grant players any rights in respect of Game Provider intellectual property beyond the right to access and play the games as end users in the ordinary course of platform use.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkr007 excludes all liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from technical malfunctions, server outages, software errors, or third-party payment provider failures, provided pkr007 takes reasonable steps to resolve such issues promptly.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from your use of the pkr007 platform.
• Any interruption or unavailability of the pkr007 platform due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your pkr007 account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any information provided on the pkr007 platform, including odds, statistics, and game information, which is provided for entertainment and convenience purposes only.

pkr007's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Closure by the Player: You may request closure of your pkr007 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the ordinary course and any real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method, provided all KYC requirements have been satisfied.

Closure by pkr007: pkr007 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, and to withhold or void the account balance, in any of the following circumstances:

• The Player has violated any provision of this Agreement.
• The Player is found to have provided false or fraudulent registration information.
• The Player is found to be under 21 years of age.
• The Player has engaged in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 7.
• pkr007 is required to do so by a regulatory instruction, court order, or law enforcement direction.
• pkr007 has reasonable grounds to suspect money laundering, fraud, or other criminal activity in connection with the account.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of this Agreement by the Player, pkr007 reserves the right to retain the account balance as partial compensation for administrative costs and any losses incurred. pkr007 will notify the affected Player of the account closure and, where permitted, the reason for closure.

This Agreement and all matters arising from it, including any dispute regarding its interpretation, validity, or enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pkr007's international gaming licence is issued, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.

pkr007 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised gaming authority. This licence governs the operation of the platform and pkr007's obligations as a licensed operator. Details of the applicable licence are available upon written request to [email protected].

Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as establishing the Platform in any particular jurisdiction for regulatory or tax purposes with respect to the Player's local laws. It is the Player's responsibility to ensure that their use of pkr007 complies with the laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions were last reviewed and updated on 1 January 2026. pkr007 recommends that players review this Agreement periodically to remain informed of any changes. Your continued use of pkr007 following any posted amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.
